Hello and welcome! My name is Angie, and I am looking forward to meeting you for our sessions be it for casual daily English or professional working English. Conversing in English can be daunting to begin with, and I aim to make our sessions laid-back and easy going for a natural flow of conversation.
Currently I am a university lecturer specialising in law with a focus on career, skills, and competency development. I am passionate about startups and entrepreneurships, as much as I am interested about food and travels. As much as I love talking, I enjoy listening and learning from others about their culture, experiences, and lifestyle.

I am a passionate advocate for Brunei Darussalam's youth, particularly within the startup and creative sectors. As a co-founder of the Bruneian startup ecosystem, I have dedicated myself to breaking down barriers and fostering youth development. I leverage my legal and commercial expertise, with a focus on driving strategic projects and transformation initiatives through local and regional programmes building startups, empowering entrepreneurs, and supporting local business developments. I am also a strong advocate for progress and actively mentor young entrepreneurs in Brunei Darussalam as well as regionally in Asia Pacific.
